The current recommendation by thread is to create a workflow and use a udf for suppression. This still means creating a lot of rules in other workflows. https://docs.getthread.com/article/y8vbejd663-setting-up-an-email-communication-workflow-in-autotask Why not use the "note type" and have Thread set the Note type to "Thread Email" for messages it needs to email. This way we can use this condition in the workflow instead. This would make things easier no need to manage teh suppression rule and we can still send emails to people who stop paying attention to their chat for the reminder agent.

We have created a few prompts we want to run on a regular basis. It would be great to be set them to run on a schedule and email or teams message the results. For example we could get monthly coaching tips every month a few days before our 1:1s.

We are requesting all Contact Intelligence functionality be made available in a ConnectWise pod. And, the same for all Thread Inbox functionality being made available in ConnectWise pods.

We are upgrading the Teams app deployment and cannot complete the update. We see: "This app is outdated and needs to be updated before March 31st, 2026" When sending the upgrade link we get: AADSTS900971 No reply address provided SSO is enabled and the Enterprise application exists in Entra, but login fails during the upgrade flow. Can you verify the SSO / Teams app upgrade for our tenant and ensure the redirect URI is configured?

Using Connectwise RMM

We would like Customer Thermometer to integrate with Thread to enable CSAT and NPS surveys directly within the inbox workflows.

I've already been able to create Intents that can gauge the estimated time needed to work an issue, but unable to send TimeZest request. Need more intelligence around this integration outside of the /timezest manual option in Inbox or if this should be working, better documentation on how to make it work correctly.

During these wonderful huge global outages it would be super nice is the Magic Agents could integrate with statusgator.com and pull the current status of services.

The Voice AI should be able to access TimeZest to arrange specific callbacks if the user requests it, this would need to be explicitly prompted with a defined rule set to avoid it always scheduling every return call.
