Albert Lotito 1. Ability to run maintenance in Immy automatically
- Ask the user if we can check some things now or if we should schedule then run Immy maintenance on a schedule
- If the user requests software, see if there is a deployment for the software in Immy
- If the user mentions any software, go check the installed version as well as the latest version
- Not Immy specific - but if a known suggestion for the users issue involves a reboot - instead of asking the user to reboot and trusting them to do it...ask the user to reboot and if they say ok have Immy reboot the computer for them
- See if any recent deployments failed. i.e. you push out an update to 100 people for an LOB app and for some reason 5 installs fail. The user opens a ticket about LOB app it would be nice to see that an Immy session for LOB app failed in the last <number of days>
- List failed sessions in Immy for user or user's computer in the last <number of days>
- Detect outdated software. i.e. Chrome is 40 versions out of date. LOB app has to be on current version to run and the users app isn't the current version
- Get the public IP for the PC and see if it matches the public IP of the users office. i.e. you can't VPN in because you're at the office
- Automatically trigger a specific Immy script on all computers the user is associated with. i.e. I have an information gathering script I want to run that collects all the info techs normally check for
