Would like to see outbound voice notification for a device down (i.e. firewall). Most monitoring systems are creating tickets, the AI Triage could run against the ticket and make notify the customer via email, SMS, and voice. The voice call would simply say "...the ABC firewall is down at XYZ location, ticket number 1234 has been created and is being investigated. Updates to follow in the ticket."
