Option to customize my notifications
Currently, thread sends a notifications to inbox as well as the email whenever there is a new response to a thread. There should be an option to choose only one of them or being able to manage the behavior how a specific thread should notify me.

Edit or Delete Internal Notes or Replies
Need the ability to edit or delete internal notes or replies from within Thread. Right now, if someone deletes a note in the PSA, it doesn’t reflect in Thread Inbox—which ends up confusing the techs since the info still shows up there.
