Feature Requests

When typing a message in inbox, I want to be able to write something, attach an image, then write more text, then attach another image and have it arrive in the order I typed it, instead of lumping the images together.

As an MSP I would like to support my clients from their SMS.

It would be nice if the devices identified by contact intelligence were actual configuration items from the RMM and linked to those items rather than just being generic tags.

Right now our phone system sends a link that corresponds to a Thread when a user calls in for support. This link is a normal HTTPS link. I would like to be able to open these within the threads app instead. For example, John calls in, and enters ticket 330444, this performs a database lookup (we do this on our side) and we find that the thread ID is 94099483. Right now, we prepare a link and send it to the person answering the call: https://inbox.getthread.com/consteversations/94099483 which of course opens in their browser. What I would like to be able to do is have that link be something like threads: //94099483 , which would open threads and pull up that Thread ID .

We use the due date field in connectwise and would like to see it in inbox

It’d be great to have column titles with sorting options in Views. Plus, the ability to add and remove columns and the ability to expand and move columns around would make it even more flexible!

Ability to add hardware/one-time charges to tickets (Autotask PSA).

We would like to have custom fields in Inbox so that we can track certain key metrics.
